OPAL Standard Gypsum Board is the workhorse of the range: a smooth, uniform panel for interior partition walls and suspended ceilings. It is supplied in 9.5, 12.5 and 15 mm thicknesses with square or tapered edges.

Answers to Technical & Engineering Questions

The fire-rated board is made with special mineral additives and reinforcing fibers in the gypsum core, which delays heat transfer to the underlying layers. In OPAL's lab tests, this structure guarantees fire resistance of up to 120 minutes for the 15 mm thickness.
The Standard Board is produced in 9.5, 12.5 and 15 mm thicknesses with square or tapered edges.
Standard dimensions are 120 × 240 and 120 × 300 cm; custom sizes are available through the sales team.
