The fire-rated board is made with special mineral additives and reinforcing fibers in the gypsum core, which delays heat transfer to the underlying layers. In OPAL's lab tests, this structure guarantees fire resistance of up to 120 minutes for the 15 mm thickness.
The Standard Board is produced in 9.5, 12.5 and 15 mm thicknesses with square or tapered edges.
Standard dimensions are 120 × 240 and 120 × 300 cm; custom sizes are available through the sales team.
02 — Faced Gypsum Boards
Moisture-Resistant Board
OPAL's moisture-resistant panel is designed for interior spaces with intermittent humidity, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms, and withstands high relative humidity.
This panel is produced in 9.5, 12.5, and 15 mm thicknesses, with standard dimensions of 120x240 and 120x300 cm.
03 — Faced Gypsum Boards
Fire-Rated Board
OPAL's fire-rated panel has achieved an A1 fire-resistance rating and guarantees up to 120 minutes of fire resistance at 15 mm thickness.
It's used for safety partition walls, emergency escape stairwells, and spaces where fire-safety standards are mandatory.
04 — Faced Gypsum Boards
Acoustic Board
OPAL's acoustic panel has a dense core layer that provides a higher sound-reduction level than the standard panel, reducing airborne sound transmission between spaces.
It's used in conference halls, cinemas, studios, and spaces that need sound insulation.
05 — Faced Gypsum Boards
Lightweight Structural Board
OPAL's light structural panel is designed for light load-bearing (LSF) walls, and combined with galvanized steel profiles, creates a strong yet lightweight structure.
At 15 mm thickness, it guarantees up to 60 minutes of fire resistance.
06 — Galvanized Steel Profiles
Profiles & Fittings
OPAL's galvanized profiles are compatible with all OPAL gypsum board series (standard, moisture-resistant, fire-rated, acoustic, and structural).
It includes ceiling and wall profiles (U and C tracks), screws, runners, and other fittings needed to install the dry construction system.
