Continuous forming with automatic thickness control
The gypsum slurry is deposited onto the lower face paper, covered with the top paper and passed through smoothing rollers. Panel thickness is measured and adjusted online by sensors, keeping the dimensional tolerance within a tenth of a millimeter.
