Repeatability is not an accident. On OPAL's line, quality is measured at every stage, from raw-material grading to the QR label printed on each pallet.
Calibration and sensors
Thickness sensors, moisture meters and density checks are calibrated at the start of every shift, keeping dimensional tolerance within a tenth of a millimetre.
Batch traceability
Every pallet carries a QR code linking it to its production batch, raw-material silos and laboratory test results — so any panel can be traced back to its source.
